Order processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 6–10 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates — occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance or courier volume, especially during busy periods.

Shipping cost We offer free shipping on all orders.

Tracking your order As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of your order, email us at [support@quviel.com].

Customs & import duties For deliveries outside the United States, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost or damaged orders If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at [support@quviel.com]. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
